Well you have to keep a healthy image of yourself in your mind. Thing about this. If I was a Healthy person what would I do. And start there..You'd eat healthy. You'd exercise... right. ? You sound like you are already in pretty good shape you just want to improve things. That's great. Remember you need to be patient and what you really want to focus on is developing habits and a lifestyle that will keep you young and healthy for your entire life. Not just till next week or for the wedding you might be going to next month. THis is an ongoing process and one you will be developing for you life so that 20 years from now you still look great and you've looked good the whole way there. Make sure you are exercising, doing cardio work will relieve alot of stress, lifting weight will help to tone your body and build muscle...and muscle will burn fat 24/7 baby. And will also help your structure and the way you look in clothes. Once you start doing this your body will start craving better food. Stay away for fast food and try eating nuts and dried fruits (without sugar) for snacks. Good Luck

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

You actually sound that you have done really well already !!! Your weight seems to have found it's level. Would you look healthy losing those extra pounds??? If you still need or want to lose more weight I would check with your GP to find out what your weight for your age and height is. The fact that you WANT to be 115 lbs may not be a valid target and you will always be disapointed.....therefore become stressed and start downing the junk food. Be patient and don't set yourself unreasonable targets. Brilliant so far on your weight loss, you only need to keep up the good work if it is obtainable xxxxx

well first, you should stop thinking of it as a diet plan and instead call it a life style change. Have you tried Atkins's? It is hard for the first 2 weeks, but then you loose your craving's for Sweet's. Well i did. I also went from 189pounds to 145 in three month's. Also when the craving hits, try to Wait it out for 15 minute's and if you can't then have a serving size of what you are craving. Good luck. you know 130 might be your ideal weight. Enjoy your self

I have the exact same problem. I am a junk food maniac. I couldn't go without junk food. Ok, let me tell you what I did because I use to weigh 148 and now I weigh around 104. First of all, you should exercise to help speed your metabolism. I substituted junk food for other snacks that were healthy. For example, rice cakes, trail mix, cereal, oatmeal, low fat icecream, yogurt, and fruit. The rice cakes come in different varieties such as cinammon apple and caramel. I prefer the sweet rice cakes. I allow myself to eat junk food on Sundays ONLY. I eventually got used to not eating junk food that now its not so hard for me to refuse it anymore. When I just can't help myself and I start getting cravings, I take carb cutters. This is a pill that helps you cheat on your diet. Don't overdo it though. This pill used to be sold here but now I get it off the internet. Hope this helps.

You haven't found a diet that works for you yet. Look at all of them and see which one would be easiest to stick with long-term. I prefer the Abs Diet. I have stayed at a steady 108 on it for about 2 years. I love it. As far as junk food goes, you just have to exert some self-control and tell yourself you can't have the junk and the body! Decide what you want more!

No offense but you don't look like you particularly need to diet. Perhaps instead of dieting you can focus on adding to the amount of exercise you get every day. That, combined with cutting out the odd snack here or there (or replacing a junk food snack every once and awhile with something more healthy) might get you the results you want.

Yes, because you get bored with it. So, switch it up every now and then. Dont buy the same foods all the time. Thats what happens to me to because on a budget you kinda get stuck buying the same foods all the time. Try different low fat/low cal foods and eat fruits and veggies everyday, they help get rid of the cravings.

You may look for something that will help you "tune up" your body. I know several people that are on the Stack Body Tune Up just for that purpose. It's to help them lose a few pounds and then help keep the cravings down.

If I can be of additional assistance, let me know.
