if you are wanting to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. Reduce your calorie intake to no more than 900 a day for about 2 weeks . And exercise 30 mins of cardio with sweatsuits on to help get a major sweat going on, then tone for another 30 7 days a week. and pilates is great for women. or weight traiining for guys. I lost 30 lbs in a month doing this. Then you typically can go back to your normal life style, of course limit to about 2000 calories a day anyways, and make sure you continue to exercise or else our metabolism will shoot way down and you will gain on more than you lost. But this works i swear by it, its what celebrities do b4 a big event and i did it and it works wonders. Good luck!
Also NO SODA!!! NO JUICE!!! just water water water and green tea with your breakfast!! You will feel with all the water weight like nothing is going on for awhile but that water litteraly washes the fats and toxics out of your body thats why it is important to get a heavy sweat going on during exercise. and keep the sweat running for at least 20 minutes.

What is up with people trying to lose weight fast? That's NOT healthy. You want to lose weight slowly so that your body'll adapt to the changes and you won't balloon up again. You're supposed to be losing half a pound to two pounds per week, THAT's healthy.
I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with the emphasis on cardio. Hey, if you want to cry and whine about working out, suck it up. No pain, no gain.

Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good. Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must:
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.
Do 20 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Theres never a real way to lose weight fast, unless you were smoking crack. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to stay focused on losing weight, and it doesn't exactly come quick.

If you lose weight slowly, you will be more sucessful in the long run. I believe the rushing method is a failure.

There arent any really except for a liquid diet but can only be used for a week at a time or its unhealthy, why dont u invent one??
