We really have no control over who does or does not like us. All you can do is be yourself, treat others with kindness, and relax so that your true personality shows through. If the person likes you after doing all the above, GREAT, if not...life goes on. It's emotionally draining trying to be who others want you to be.

You have to be confident about youself when you're around him and let him know that you could do much better than him. If done correctly, he will start thinking more highly of you and become more attracted.
