Some kids train so easy, some do not. Take it from an old lady who has trained kids and grand kids. If she is still wearing the pull ups, get rid of them. They need to feel the pee!!!!! I put training pants on my children. It is especially easier in the summer time when you can let them run around in nothing but their terry cloth underwear. You can buy the kind with the vinyl outside so they don't pee all over your carpet. When they feel the wet it makes them think twice about doing it again. The pull ups are just too comfortable for them. They don't feel wet so they don't care. For the hard to train ones I just put regular underwear on them and we went outside to play. Sure enough there went the pee pee running down their leg and they hated it. It took just a couple of times telling them "well, you have to go to the potty or stay wet". Don't shame them or threaten.

Who is training whom here? By 3 she should be potty trained at least during the day. Find a quiet week where you dont have to go out much and put her in panties. She will make some mistakes but that is fine. After she eats or drinks put her on the pot and read her a story or something similar until she goes. You can even get her a doll and its own potty that can go when she does. When she does go make a big deal out of it with clapping and kisses and praise. I think the mistake made by most people is they switch the child from panties to diapers and back again and the child gets confused. Like everything else she does she has to learn how to do things slowly. She will make mistakes and that is annoying but stick with it and when she learns she isnt going back into diapers she will comply with it eventually.

If she is drinking from a bottle and /or wanting a pacifer; she may not be ready to be ready for potty traning. Do not deny her either of these, I am going somewhere with this and it does relate to potty training. I gone thruogh this with all five of my babies. I bet family and friends want to knew `Why is she still in diapers?` Tell them she is not ready, period and also if she hears you talking about this she is hearing negitaves about herself and processing the to the potty so stop all talk about potty damn anything. In other words put the potty away and do not talk about it. Give it a few days or weeks. She will ask about the potty herself when she is ready. She is your baby still so back to talking about it remember to drop it.
My daughter was fast with everything and did not like feeling dirty or wet. Her brother was much different and my, oh my, what was the joke If I must pack Pampers with his lunch I will. I found out intuatively he thought when he did finally go accidently because he was relaxed. I was reading him a story before naptime (another hint) very matter of fact, I lifted off the toilet seat and would say look what you did. He would be so proud and he wanted his bowel movment because he owned itand came out of his body so no matter what I said he cried when I flushed the toilet. The psy. behind this attachment is too long to write about but I have given you a lot of info.
Remember, babies always do grow up too fast.

There are many methods that will work---set a date with her and mark it on the calendar--set up a reward system, something that gives when she goes and takes away when she wets. Some children just need more time than others. My niece was 3 1/2 before she was even interested--don't worry--she'll get it when she's ready. Don't let her think you're upset because she won't go--it might make her more nervous. Good Luck!!

It cost 12 dollars for the guide, but is well worth it since it works in 3 days or you get your money back. I did this with my daughter who I thought was gonna graduate highschool in diapers LOL. Just make sure you follow every rule and devote time to her and she will be using the potty in no time!!

it is different for every kid but try telling her that she is a big girl and big girls dont use diapers, or that her favorite characture ( they all have them ... lol) doesnt go pee in her pants. if all else fails if she is in pull ups put her back in "baby" diapers she will motivate herself to learn. hope it helps.
