Google earth or the State of Indiana has something on their website that does a decent job, but I don't remember the exact address right now.

Yes mostly every state provides a state map. On the back of the state map are some of the larger city maps with some street.

I don't know of a free USA map

Google earth is the best--- mapquest (which is partnered with yahoo) has inaccurate maps, can't find near as many newer addresses and takes the LONG WAY on too many routes.
