Yeah because I think it gives you an unbiases look into how you are truly feeling about somethings that are going on in your life, seperate from what you want to feel about them, its how you truly feel. If we are able to correctly understand, and remember (which is the hardest part!), our dreams, then I think they can be an invaluable look into our true selves and subconsious. And then sometimes they're just sexual and you gotta get new boxers...

Yes sometimes, because I think since the brain never goes to sleep it goes over what has happened during the day and while you are sleeping it trys to make sense of what has gone on and that is why you dream. Also if you are dealing with a problem during the day I would think it could be possible for you to get an answer in a dream.

I don't think that dreams are anything too awfully powerful. The research seems to point that dreams are re-livings of the day, mini-dramas based on odd thoughts or sensory inputs that 'stick' in our mind, etc.
I believe that our own minds use the 'down time' to hash things over- sometimes in a helpful way, sometimes not.
I further think that most dream interpretation is a little like finding faces in clouds- trying to pull order from near-randomness. I think that this is the foundation of things like Tarot and crystal ball gazing- show a bunch of random things and let the mind play with the connections until it pulls something out of it.
Don't misunderstand- I think things like that can be really helpful, very useful tools- but there is not always a deeper meaning to be had, and using random tools does not always offer the best solution.

They can, if you can make sense of the dreams you are having. Alot of times they mean nothing at all, but if you have the same reaccuring dream it probably some kind of meaning behind it. I used to always have dreams of being trapped in a herd of cows and thought it was just silly until i looked it up and it said i felt trapped in my life and it was so true, my marriage was awful and i felt trapped in it.. after i got divorced i quit having that dream. So, i say yes, your dreams can help you solve some of lifes problems if you take the time to figure out what they mean.

Yeah I do, I think sometimes when we are just so stressed out and can't come up with a logical answer on own, we have to shut down, and then sometimes the answer will come to us. Granted so dreams make no sense at all, but I believe that some hold the answers to out questions.

They help us to understand them.
Sometimes we don't realise how we feel about the problems we face. Interpreting dreams can enlighten us in this aspect, and from that we can sometimes understand how to cope with such problems - and very often, half the problem is how we respond to it. So yes, in a way dreams help us answer some of life's problems.

Yes of course they do. That is why we dream to work out problems of the day we don't get a chance too. Sometimes things bother you and you don't even realize it consciously. Your mind works it all out in your sleep so don't stress figuring them out. Some can be really strong and vivid but they are only just dreams.

Sometimes. I think when people have recurring themes in their dreams, like lack of control, or feelings of helplessness, it maybe because they feel this way in life.
But I think it's dangerous to think that all dreams mean something. Sometimes dreams are just dreams no matter how much you try to read into them.

Absolutely! I am a wedding consultant and when a bride has a tough decision to make and she can't make up her mind I tell her to go home and sleep on it and whatever she dreams about is the choice she should make. Works every time!

They don't really point out the answer, they actually point out the problem and the ideal outcome of our efforts to solve them, which we usually already know. Dreams show us what we are afraid of and what we desire.
