I know, and most of all of the ones who name call, don't even have a way of contact like e-mailing them. They block their e-mail and IM.
I also know you are not new here. You're level 3. 9% best answerer. So those people don't do their research either, obviously!

There are plenty of nuts on both sides. I saw a question where a young lady was asking about what to do to make sure she had a miscarriage. I think that was a perfect opportunity to be loving towards her, for someone with religion to show some compassion and kindness. Obviously the girl was in distress.
The answers that she received were hateful and rude. Religious, god-fearing people told her to kill herself or called her a killer, etc. It's people like that who make secular folks feel like religious people are nuts that are just pious and full of themselves.
So, I guess my point is that I think you're way off.

I'm with Jersey on this one.
This happens on both sides of the coin. Have you noticed the religious responses such as "because, that's why", "well, because the book says so", and the pathetic "you're wrong, but we'll pray for you".
You're 1 sided question helps to prove the point.

"Read about science" is not being "stumped." It's generally refusing to argue with someone who has no idea what they are talking about. If I told you that sweaters were made out of cement, you wouldn't argue with me. You'd tell me to go learn a bit about sweaters and come back when I had some grasp of how reality works.

Count how many people tell me I am going to hell or call me names here. At least one, I didn't bother to look but I knew one for sure. Here is your proof that religious people are just as bad. Also, I try not to inject name calling into my answers, but I will point out flaws in the poster's logic or spelling.

Not all people resort to name calling. When you provoke people that's what you get. This question is a good example of that. Your question is immature. Your last question was immature as well. You should stop calling people names.

Happens alot here and in the real world.
People have come to love their opinions more than actual truth.
All they have is presuppostion (pre suppossing a thing is true with no evidence)
No woories. Get used to it. Jesus said it would happen.

That usually happens when the questions are really primitive and not well thought out, i.e. immature.
