Friends
Thank you vary munch for all your words of encouragement.
God bless all. To those who wonder why I don’t just find a job, and why
I lost my job. It was do to lay off, after 10 years driving a truck I was let go. My mother is living with us so I have been staying home days with her and working part time at night. Until a place comes open for my mom in the home.

First off, I was unemployed for two months because I was too picky and stubborn to work for minimum wage. What I failed to understand was that if I worked a menial job while I was looking for a better paying job I would at least have an INCOME and I could help pay some of the bills.
-Your kids are looking up to you and you must be a provider. Your wife can only hold the family together for so long before she goes crazy! Trust me, I'm talking from personal experience.
-I'm glad you're going for your GED, but take into consideration I worked two jobs while I was going to college full-time.
-You said God was in control. Yes, God provides us with health and wellness to go work. God loves people who work and provide for their wife and children.
-I'm motivated by a paralyzed young man who graduated from the University of Texas a few years ago with a degree in Engineering.
-You can do it. By posting here you show you have computer skills and you can post your resume online at monster.com, careerbuilder.com, jobsniper.com and other websites. Do a google search for the Department of Labor in your state.
-You can do it! Make sure you look for at least five jobs a day by filling out applications and resumes.

Any particular reason why you don't have a job??? That might help the financial situation. Enjoy your children, go out with your wife some time just the two of you. Take the kids to see your mother in the home to visit. And if you don't like somehitng about your life, try changing it a little and see how you feel... Financially you have to be there to support your family though (roof, food, elect.). Good luck!
