Try Lipo-6.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

no diet pill works... if you want the "effect" of a diet pill without all the crap that's in the pill... take a multivitamin with a double espresso.

most diet pills like zantrex, metabolife, etc. are nothing but high doses of caffeine and a few vitamins and minerals to make them "healthy".

to lose 10 lbs starting eating a super high fiber cereal like "kashi" brand every morning for breakfast and every afternoon for your 3pm hunger pang snack, eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink tons of water. don't eat after 8pm and try to walk 30 minutes every day (even if it's 10 min at 3 different times)... that 10lbs will be gone in 5 or 6 weeks.... so you'll be 10lbs or more slimmer by halloween!

NO DIET PILLS WORK NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY

if you are wanting to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. Reduce your calorie intake to no more than 900 a day for about 2 weeks . And exercise 30 mins of cardio with sweatsuits on to help get a major sweat going on, then tone for another 30 7 days a week. and pilates is great for women. or weight traiining for guys. I lost 30 lbs in a month doing this. Then you typically can go back to your normal life style, of course limit to about 2000 calories a day anyways, and make sure you continue to exercise or else our metabolism will shoot way down and you will gain on more than you lost. But this works i swear by it, its what celebrities do b4 a big event and i did it and it works wonders. Good luck!
Also NO SODA!!! NO JUICE!!! just water water water and green tea with your breakfast!! You will feel with all the water weight like nothing is going on for awhile but that water litteraly washes the fats and toxics out of your body thats why it is important to get a heavy sweat going on during exercise. and keep the sweat running for at least 20 minutes.

Diet pills don't work, because the effects will never last forever. Check out the G.I. Diet. Eat natural, healthy food and exercise. That's the secret. Also, don't just do this for looks...do it for your health - that's what's more important. If diet pills actually worked, millions of people wouldn't be asking this question.

Try Lipodrene, they are yellow and shaped like a stop sign. They are a lil expensive, about 45.00 dollars a bottle but they help curb your appetite and give you added energy. But as with all diet supplements you have to watch what you eat, excercise your will power and your body! Good luck.

Good luck in your weight loss
