When a person gets into religion or politics like they need to convert you on that first date.

I went on a date with one guy the whole thing was a riot, He opened my car door let me in, then didn't shut it, he complained about everything, said he hated my shoes, he pointed to the freckles on my chest and said..."what are those?" I basically had to explain in great detail what a freckle was and that it wasn't contagious. He scarfed down a plate full of food in less than three minutes, he forgot his money so I had to pay for the meal...then he decided to go shopping and take me with him! I hate shopping and he took forever and ended up buying a bookcase, while I'm wondering where the money came from. He kept trying to hold my hand after being so rude and obnoxious..this was over a year ago and for some reason even though I haven't seen him since he still calls me every holiday to see if I have changed my mind.

Oh gosh... there are so many...

(1) He pulls up to the house and honks his horn instead of coming to the door.
(2) He conveniently wanders away from the table when it's time to pay. (I have nothing against Dutch or even paying sometimes, but discussion is always better than this.)
(3) Poor grooming.
(4) Tardiness.
(5) Showing off.
(6) Treating service personnel badly.
(7) Crudity.
(8) Et cetera.

Of course, a person who acts this way rarely gets a date with me to begin with... because if I've already seen him act this way, I'm not interested. =)

I went on a date once where the guy admitted he had no money to take me anywhere, then fixed me dinner at his place( he lived in someone's basement!) and then claimed he was too tired to take me home-which believe me is what I wanted at that point! I ended up sleeping on his couch and waking him mighty early and demanding a ride home. My cell wouldn't work where he lived or I would have clled someone to rescue me earlier. True story.
Talk about a turn off, lol, for some reason he decided I was a ***** and I don't know why, but I never called him back.

rudeness to others is #1. Also talking about the ex and cussing. Once I turned down a date because a guy had "asshole" painted on his motorcycle helmet. Watch those bumper stickers...they tell us a lot.
