five servings of fruit
five servings of vegs
two servings of meat/equivalent
six servings of carbohydrates; if I'm still looking for more, I can add more carbs (up to ten servings) fruit/vegs (unlimited)
i try to keep it organic, and from local producers
all the vitamins I need
did you know there is no evidence that the body metabolises vitamin supplements?
