Ask for a room, and then ask her to bring up the towels. You will probably need them later.

You have too start a conversation and bring up a local resturant that youd like too try or a movie youd like too see and then ask her if shed like to go.

Dude, it's not a good idea to date people from your work. It's uncomfortable when it doesn't work out. Could be against company rules also.

If she knows you you have no problem in asking her.
If you do not know her find out if she has another guy to avoid any unpleasantness to yourself besides getting depressed.
