listen to how my freind caught me using his credit card first off he pissed me off because he did something cruel. i will not mention i then in hand stole and used his credit card he went to the police and in the location i used the card and the police looked thru the security tapes in the store an that is how i got caught

Definitely! It doesn't matter what the reason you may have, using someone else's credit card without his knowledge is a crime... have you heard of "identity theft"? It's exactly what you're doing to your "friend".

They have more legal right to charge you with a crime than your did to take someone else's credit card.

you commited a crime and they can use the tape of you stealing against you. security tapes are there for a reason and that is to catch criminals and you were on it.
