If you're up for something different, try The Sultan's Tent. It's on Front just west of Church. Moroccan food. Haven't been there since it moved from Yorkville a long while ago, but from what I remember the atmosphere was pretty cozy, they have bellydancers & all. Lots of fun.

Or if you want to go really upscale, go to Rosewater Supper Club on Toronto St. (between King & Adelaide west of Church). Highly recommended...and you may even bump into some celebrities left over from the film festival?

The first thing I think of is Ruth Chris Steakhouse in the Hilton Hotel on Richmond Street. This restaurant has fantastic food and exceptional service. A tad on the pricey side.... but you said money is no object!

You also might like to check out the Panorama Lounge on the top floor of the Manulife Centre at Bay and Bloor. It's nice and romantically dark in there with an unbeatable view of the city all the way around the restaurant. Very trendy too! You'll like this place for sure! Reservations suggested.

Beyond that... I think of, yes... The Sultans Tent on Front street and the CN Tower is not a bad idea either for the view.

I suggest Terroni. There are 3 locations. All are trendy in their own way. The Queen St. Location is the original and it definitely attracts trendy people. The setting is casual and busy but you can make your own romantic setting at your table in your own space. The price is reasonable and the food is amazing. If you go, try the mushroom stuffed gnocci if it is available. He imports it from Italy and it is amazing! Did I mention it is an Italian restaraunt?
Have fun wherever you go!

What about the 360 at the top of the CN Tower. Go later in the evening more romantic atmosphere.

Very romantic is Sotto Sotto on ave road.

A little less so but very nice indeed is Lee's on queen it is a tapas bar and is more ment for a high power buisness dinner but it is exceptional.

Bymark on wellington, again more buisness but extremly good.

Finaly is Jamie Kenedys on Church its amazing great very intimate place. Fantastic food
