Doing an NVQ in Team Leading and it's starting to really get on my nerves the way they ask a question about 8 times just in a different way! Can't they think of any other answers???????????????

They surely do friend, you are right, the frustration is immense, did one 18 months ago, thank god its over, i'm now on track due to it, i suppose its all worth it in the end, if you get the right job and enjoy it, good luck to you when you have finished it, may you get what you want out of it.

I did a few some years back so I don't know if they have changed, but I had to spend ages dotting i's and crossing t's, stating the bleeding obvious to demonstrate that I know the bleeding obvious, finding that things were stated in an ambiguous or confusing way, and generally wasting time on the trivial, useless and tedious. I was unemployed at the time, and ended up asking the tutor if the course was deliberately made confusing and time consuming to prepare us for the stress of office work - he grinned and said no, that is just the way that NVQ's are.
