Yes, to be simple, dominant and submissive can be other than sexual. People are dominant all the time in regular relationships, as well as submissive. For instance, you and your boss have a dominant/submissive relationship. It's not a bad thing, but I hope that is the answer you were looking for. GL

Yes dominant & submissive is not only a sexual thing. It can be emotional and physical as well. Depends on the context.
