In all honesty I personally don't believe that if a race of beings was able to travel through space or time that they would be interested in living amongst us unless it was for humour.To have sort of an alien theme park on earth to see the crazy creatures that are destroying themselves and their own planet through greed and selfishness.
I would also like to say in response to the other replies that this is Yahoo Answers not Yahoo Insults.Try to give each question some merit even if you think its a bit nuts.
As most parents say,
"If you can't say anything nice , don't say anything at all".

Ok, getting past all the sci-fi nonsense, there are no little green men, etc., and moving into the realm of reality and documented fact, the answer is yes. That's right, I said yes. The problem is, of course, that after 60 or 70 years of sci-fi nonsense, most people wouldn't know an alien if it came up and bit them on the nose, which often happens.
The problem of course is that these aliens are very difficult to see. Long story short these aliens are viruses. Many viruses are interstellar. This is well established and documented fact.

They Estimated the population of the USA to be 300 millions Americans. However 20 millions were left out of the count. The reason is that those 20 millions are Aliens.

Absolutely. She is a Manager in HSBC group in the city. She has tried to fit in by wearing short skirts but her fat alien thighs give her away as does the gap in her teeth. Its unearthly when she smiles at her victims - 99% male.

By 'aliens' I assume that you mean beings from another planet? If so, the answer is no - and I suggest you read fewer comic-books!
