Will travel insurance be higher? What experiences have other people had with it?

Insurance companies have different policies on different disorders. Usually if you have been treating you OCD and have been symptom free for 2 years, there is no difference.

Insurance companies are mainly concerned with potential hospitalization out of country. It can be very expensive. If you have never been hospitalized, and your pdoc or family physician can provide evidence that you are "stable" then your insurance should not increase.
