some home remedies I've heard of are:
1. Chew cloves or rub clove oil on the tooth.
2. Peel and crush a clove of fresh garlic and mix it with peanut butter. Apply it to the aching tooth and keep it there for some time.
3. Add some lime juice to asafetida (hing) powder. Soak a piece of cotton and hold it on the tooth and gum.
4. Mix 1 tablespoon of common salt with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Take a mouthful of this water and move it around the aching tooth.
5. Chew a ginger piece slowly with the aching tooth/teeth to release its juice and leave there for half an hour. Repeat 2-3 times.
6. Drink the juice of 2-3 star fruit twice a day to get relief from the tooth pain.
7. Boil 5 gram of peppermint and a pinch of salt in 1 cup of water. Drink it to relieve toothache and other pains. You can use peppermint mouthwash.
8. Pour a few drops of Vanilla extract on the paining tooth.
9. Pour a few drops oil of oregano on the paining tooth or gum.
10. Gargle with Listerine Antiseptic.

Laying an aspirin on the hurting tooth sometime helps. I suggest you go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. He should be able to direct you to an inexpensive temporary solution. Next begin to look for a teaching dental school near you. Even if it is a couple hours away it is worth it. They will repair or fix teeth of people in need. You will have to find the school and fill out the papers to prove you quailfy for their services. Best wishes.

Many years ago, my mother used to have us use cloves. We put one into our mouth where the pain was. Worked pretty well. Also, there are several things you can buy at a pharmacy or Walmart that are made to dull tooth pain. They are across the counter items and are quite inexpensive. I hope all of this helps. Good luck. Tooth pain is no fun, I know!!

first of all start brushing and flossing. next, go to the hardware store and buy some vice grips clamp vice grips on tooth and with a quick pull and some strength walah tooth is gone. pack with gauze and change every 2-3 hours . from now on start a regular routine of brushing and flossing and you probably wont experience this again for a while. also look for a job.

Rinse with salt water. Get some oralgel. Take some Tylenol. If that doesn't work, you'll find a way to go to the dentist if it gets bad enough. There's free clinics every where. Try one of those.
