I have just started reading Rick Warren's "The Purpose Driven Life" and I would like to know from those who have read and applied the book to their lives what they have found out. I am only interested in hearing from those who have read the book, so if you have not read and applied the book, please don't respond to my question. Thanks

I'm a Christian and started to read the book when it first came out- but had to stop because the author was quoting several new age people to support his beliefs. It seemed a little off to me. Something is not right about that book. I don't encourage Christians to read that book- but rather to pray, read the word and ask god to show you his purpose for your life. He will.

I'm saying this as your friend. Please put the book down and read "The Third Chimpanzee". You will thank me when you're wiser.
