Probably a few thousand. Are we talking home made traditional, or a more commercial brand, like Oggies? Steak and chicken might also feature.
The thing that I find with some is the high salt content.
Regardless, I would say that it is healthier for you than a lot of fast food.

I would guess around 500-600 - the pastry is pretty much pure lard and the mince is usually pretty fatty and of poor quality.
Probably still better than a Mac D's or similar due to the vegetables.
