Dial the number using the country code, the city code and the phone number just as you would making an international phone call. You will be charged the same amount on your phone bill as you would be for a regular person to person call.

for example, from Canada to Venezuela you will dial 00 58 416 4703135 or 011 58 416 4703135 depending on your telephone service provider
