unless he makes me have children - but then there is no freewill.

he also has no control over the rapture or the great tribulation either. Humanity can wipe itself out when ever we choose to. It is all in our hands - not gods.

How do you know that? You may be pre-programmed to/not to procreate!

God is always in control. How do you explain a pregnancy when contraception is used? And please don't say it's an uh-oh or a mistake--God has never made a mistake or an uh-oh. The Bible says he knew you before you were in your mother's womb. And if you want to believe that you're doing or not doing something that God wants you to do--then you go ahead--because you're only hurting yourself and probably missing a wonderful blessing for your life.
The rapture/tribulation is only known by the Father. When Jesus appears in the sky for ALL TO SEE--then you will flash back to this very day and this very question and realize that you were misinformed. Read the Word!!! STUDY it--there is lots to learn.

When God created us, he expicitly gave us free will- that is why, in the Garden of Eden, he let Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit, instead of putting some kind of 'force field' around it so they could not be tempted. He let us learn by our own mistakes, and so that it why, in his view, by you procreating, he will ultimately decide over life or death. No offence intended, but God ould have already made you sterile from the moment you were conceived, or he may have created you with an illness that may prevent you or your partner having children. However, this topic, like prettymuch everything in religion is open to discussion, so please everybody don't bite my head off for answering!!

To deem your self worthy you are given trials within your life, some stem from self, others are from outside forces. It is not what you have been given to deal with that is Gods say it is in the way you act when given those trials. Also Free Will is a general term, in His free will He gave us opportunities to procreate, and our choices on WHEN to procreate(before or after Marriage) shows Him our true selves and our understanding of his word.

I would think that an omnipotent God could manipulate the emotional whims of those that might do this.

You think not my freind? Our Creator gave you that power. That
is why religion warns about its misuse. Sex is not just a
physical act. It is a spiritual act as well. We are helping our
Creator to create LIFE!
There are very real spiritual energies that come into play during
sexual intercourse. Using one simply for sexual gratification, will
creates something very real on a spiritual level that will have to be
atoned for later.

You are missing the point of omnipotence. He can do anything...but he lets us make our own choices. We then have to face the consequences of our actions.

because he is omniscient which means he is all knowing because he is eternal. therefore you may have free will but as he is God he already knows the choice you are going to make. Christ will return one day, and God is the one who knows when that will happen.

That is the glory of freewill. You can do whatever you want now and face the consequences later. At least that is how christians think.

He has absolute control.

That last breath you took? You're welcome.

If and when He chooses to exercise that control is completely up to Him.
