Join a gym or weight loss centre..im saying this coz you just have two months else you could have tried brisk walking n a healthy diet but that will take time to get the result.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

You didn't post how much weight you wanted to lose.
In two months, you can safely & easily lose up to 20 lbs.
1.) Eat healthier (cut down the bad foods by half & eat more fruits & vegetables & lean meats & whole grains)
2.) Exercise: cardio for 60 minutes 4-6 days a week, and resistant training for 25 minutes 3-5 days a week.
That's all.

A better idea, More $$ & more guaranteed, is if you join Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers.

I am currently losing weight just by brisk walking and I no longer eat after 6pm , I do not drink any sodas(pop) neither juice of any kind simply water with everything and sometimes i add lemon juice or vinager to it. I consume less than a 1,000 calories a day some days no more than 500 However, this is unhealthy but i take a woman's mulivitamin called oneaday this does supplement and i do not feel so bad due to the fact of the low calories i am consuming. However, it does work for me breakfast consist of nothing but fruit and not in the can. Good Luck but still if you have health issues you should consult a doctor before trying any diet

Include more fiber in the diet. Therefore eat more fruit and veggies. Ease up on the meat. Meat has a lot of cholesterol and no fiber. Actually cholesterol only comes from animal and dairy products. (Avocado had good HDL cholestorol which lowers the bad LDL cholesterol). Avoid too much cheese, butter and milk. Use skim milk if you must. Don't eat too much oily food and try not to eat late at night. When we eat late and go to bed soon after, the food is not digested properly and the body stores it as fat. So eat early and drink plenty water. Get some exercise as well. Yoga has certain postures to speed up metabolism and others to work on specific parts of the body. If you can't work yoga in with your schedule, try brisk walking. I also want to lose some tummy fat for my wedding next year. Good luck. No matter how much weight you lose, I'm sure your husband-to-be will still find you beautiful.

The only way to lose weight is to burn less calories than you are eating. The healthy way to lose weight is to eat healthy (3 small meals, 2 snacks a day), drink lots of water, get moving... You need to do cardio and weight training. Weight training will build muscle, which burns more calories. Cardio will burn fat. Get lots of sleep to keep your energy up. Doing this long term will keep your weight of long term, and you will look better, and you will be healthier allowing you to be with your hubby for many more years.

South Beach diet. My husband lost about 20 pounds in the first month, in total about 35 pounds. A year later, the weight is still off. Buy the book, read it carefully.

weight loss/maintenance is all about making healthy lifestyle changes... eat healthy... exercise a bit... THATS THE ONLY WAY... no crappy diets etc will help... u might lose the initial 5-7 kilos but what after that? just stay away from fried/sweet/starchy(like potatoes, rice etc) stuff... BELIEVE ME U WILL SHED WEIGHT... n after u do maintain it...
but the simple logic is that 2 lose weight u need to burn more calories than u consume... so u need 2 get off ur butt and exercise...
all da best!
