Its genetic. They all have the dark hair gene.
It Is because they come from a hot countries. China, Japan, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Hawaii.
But then you could say why is it that the Swiss and Danish all have Blondie hair? (Sweden and Denmark)

properly, my organic shade is nearly a medium blonde. and that i'm getting highlights, so lighten it. idk why.. i in simple terms seem greater effective with lighter hair. yet its no longer white. i think of those ladies seem rediculous
