Buy individual purple jello snacks or make those jello wiggler things.
Ya know pretty much everything that's purple is chocked full of sugar and grapes cost too much to buy enough to feed 20 some odd kids. I wold compromise. Put together a snack of your choice and put it in little baggies (like the ones you get at craft stores) then let her pick a purple ribbon to tie around them.

How about purple (grape flavored, of course) fruit snacks? I know that grocery stores like Vons/Safeway and Albertsons have their own brand of fruit snacks, and one of the flavors they carry is grape.
Also, you could make cupcakes using white cupcake mix and then add blue and red food coloring. Then do the same with the frosting.

You can make purple cupcakes...(a white cake mix with some purple food coloring added) don't forget to tint the frosting.
I think they sell grape jello too
Just about anything can be turned purple with a good quality food coloring...check your local bake stores / cake decorating suppliers

In my daughter's art class (she's 7), they added jello to frosting to make different colors, and it gave the frosting a fruity flavor. Try grape jello with regular white frosting, spread it on some cupcakes. The kids will love it!

Fruit roll ups can be purple, as well as Kool Aid, but youd have to go with her to school. Pop cycles come in purple but again, youd have to take it in for her. Theres various purple candies out there, but do you really want to do that to the teacher??...Or even have her comming home hyper. There is grape flavored pops out there as well.
