Passive Aggressive is a horable thing to be. You may really want to do some thing or say some thing but for what ever reason you just dont follow threw with it. The worst part is when ya know you are letting some one you care about down. Is there help out side of drugs that can fix this?

I think perhaps some Behavior Modification Therapy is in order. Talk to your Dr to get a good therapist. Good luck.

first things first, learn to say no.. it's amazing how many people have trouble with that little word.. but you will never break out of the passive aggressive lifestyle if you don't.. that doesn't mean you have to be rude, but if you don't want to do something or just can't, then politely say no.. you can do it! practice on your pet first if you think it can help. next, find a vent! when someone makes you angry, find a way to express it soon.. you may need a moment to think about it.. but take care of it quickly, talk talk talk.. if at first you can't talk to the person, talk to a friend.. or yet again.. your pet lol.. keep building up until you can talk to the person that you are upset with.. if you don't deal with issues with people, eventually they build up and you either brake down or they all come out at once.. and that's never pretty.. so think of it as you are doing this person a favor by telling them you are upset with them now instead of exploding on them later, or braking down.
if you just can't seem to break threw your problem, seek professional help.

My mother is a licensed M.D. My aunt is passive-aggressive. My mother enrolled my aunt in a behavior-mod program with a sliding cost scale. She's a different person now!
