My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Back when they had ephedra in them, I lost approx. 20lbs/month. I also started having anxiety and panic attacks.
I tried Hydroxycut without caffeine recently but in my own admission, did not take them as you are supposed to.
All in all, I would go to GNC and buy the smallest amount. If you don't like them or they don't work, you can return the unused portion for a full refund (keep the recipt)
I used to spend alot of money there and it's the best return policy. Of course, don't leave 3 pills in the bottle, but try it for a few weeks and let me know how it works!!

I tried them with exercise and got know where and then I did this and got results.
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.
Do 20 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

I used them for a few months and they seemed to help me lose weight faster. I was going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week also though. I quit taking them for over a year and started back and they didn't seem to work as well the 2nd time.

I have tried them and when they had ephedra they worked so well. Now that ephedra is considered dangerous & illegal it's not the same formula, but as long as you use it correctly they do work. I'm sure the store you buy them from has a 30 day return policy so bring them back if they don't seem to work for you.

i liked them, you dont get all cracked out like trim spa makes you
feel, i didnt really try to exercise and I still lost a decent amount
of weight. I also want to try those new "hoodia" pills i keep hearing good things about them. when you go off diet pills though
you will gain the weight back so be prepared for that.

No, but people die from stuff like that it is not worth it, just exercise and eat right.
