Be nice but not over the top ... occasional flowers/chocolates and a night out at least once a week ... wait until you're married before settling for pipe, slippers and TV!

How do you even have a girlfriend with that attitude, she should get out of there fast you are obviously not in a serious relationship and obviously not mature enough to have one if you are asking questions such as this.
Trust me the novelty wears off and she will be gone.

Mate - everyone's giving you stick, but hey you're still with her. If treating her mean has kept her keen so far then keep it that way.
If she gets really upset & you think you're gonna lose her then ya might have to change that though.
