meat, eggs and dairy products provides what are called 1st class proteins that is they contain all the amino acids needed for healthy life. If you are vegetarian then you can make up for all these proteins by eating a combination of what are called second class proteins to provide you your complete needs. Beans and rice are traditionally eaten in vegetarian societies such as India and South America. If you dont like beans then try lentils and rice instead. Also nuts, grains, tofu are all excellent sources of protein. The vegetarian soceity says as long as you are eating a healthy diet yuo dont need to worry too much about proteins.

there are no vitamins for protein, there are protein shakes....but probably not many that are vegan enough for you. Your options are eggs and soy......fish doesn't have a whole hell of a lot, legumes on the other hand do, so you need to start eating more of them. If you tell what your issue is with beans I might be able to give you some ideas to try so that you enjoy eating them. You need a lot of protein by the way dear, not just some...

Ya' state ya' a vegetarian, not a vegan...Does this mean ya' eat some foods from animals...

Such as eggs, chicken and, cheese??? If yes, then those foods will also supply ya' with protein.

Nuts
Legumes-Ya' say ya' don't care for beans...There are sooo many diff' kinds of legumes, Peanuts being one!!! Contrary to popular belief!!!
Any soy product- Tofu, Boca burgers

beans really are the best. why don't you eat them? if it is the gas you can take an enzyme tablet to help.

eggs are good. do you eat eggs and dairy? cheese, tofu.

protein is not something you can take a supplement for. you need so much of it that you'd be taking a hundred pills a day!
