I would like a program that I can use to quickly hide what im doing while at work if somebody walks by? Like I have a full screen game that I sometimes like to play on down time but is there a program that could make it easy for me to either shut it down or minimize it fast I know alt-tab but is there a way to make something not show up in the task bar either? Just wondering if there are any programs available that help with these kind of situations, thanks!

Your in luck!
Hold down the "Windows" button and press "D"
You can bring everything back by hitting the same combo.
By pressing Windows+D all your programs minimize to your Taskbar. I used to do this all the time. haha
By the way, the Windows button is between the CTRL and ALT buttons. I hope this helps.

Believe me, you're not fooling anyone. I work in the IT dept of a small company and as a domain administrator, I can tell what people are doing on their computers from my desk without even seeing the screen.
Don't jeopardize your job or any pay raises or promotions.
