Salmon, grilled with the seasoning of your choice.
dark leavy greens- sauteed with garlic. Spinache or Kale
Quinoia as your starch
dessert- a blueberry/rasberry torte

Egg, potato and broccoli warm salad:

Boil an egg, then slice it. Boil (or steam) some pototoes and cut them up into small pieces. Lightly steam some broccoli.
Then sprinkle whole lot with gound mixed seeds (sunflower, linseed, pumpkin) and add olive oil, vinegar (or lemon), salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a slice of wholemeal bread (no butter!).
