Not at all. They want to get offended, you want to jerk chains and get them worked up. I love playing devil's advocate and watch people whip themselves into a frenzy.
Its a win-win situation!

Of course it is. Why would you wish to pander to those whom you think of as halfwits? Don't you have anything else to amuse yourself doing? I would hope so! Sheesh, look who is calling others halfwits! Then you feel compelled to ask if this is proper etiquette? I think you already knew the answer to this before you posted it and are once again wishing to do exactly what you are asking is cruel. Not too cleverly either. Oh, well, Yawn..........

Halfwits , nitwits, they still need to be in contact with the others to get them corrected. Remember, some individuals also thrive on been offended regularly. So let the questions keep coming from all and sundry.

No it isn't. As a matter of fact, that is one of my favorite kinds of questions and I love looking for them and putting in my own two cents. Of course sometimes I get a few nasty e-mails and I laugh when writing my response to those questions because I know I am going to get the e-mails.
So I say go ahead and let us all have some fun.

i think that if that is what you are looking for, you will find it here. and if someone is overly sensitive to a subject and they answer/ ask a question than they need to be prepared to hear what everyone has to say. if they cannot stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Unfortunately many people look for things to gripe and be offended about. If you don't give them fodder for their wrath, they will find it elsewhere.
It gives them purpose. It gives them a sense of superiority.
And hopefully it gives them the headache they deserve for trying to play the 'Holier than thou' card against everyone they speak to.
