Oddly enough, if you google "zygomatic structure" you get a bunch of references to the zygoma bone of the human skull ... also called the zygomatic arch.

I've included the wiki page on the zygomatic bone - it essentially is the cheek bone. A zygomatic structure could refer to structures of or about the cheek.

AND are you talking about the zygomatic SUTURE?

The zygomatic bone (malar bone) is a paired bone of the human skull.

It's your cheek bone in layman's terms.
