It's a toss up.
For a "fancy" breakfast I love eggs Benedict.
For a regular everyday breakfast it's hard to beat breakfast tacos.

During the work week I like cottage cheese and pineapple, but on the weekend I go for the whole spread: eggs, toast- and I make beakfast veggies instead of homefries (carrots, shallot, spinach, tomatoes all lightly sauteed and sprinkled with a little goat cheese). Oh yeah, oj and coffee also, please.
