I hate to say - because it's a good cause - but your grammar is awful.
One of my friends, a window cleaner, age 25, had a heart attack that was fatal. He didn't (or we didn't?) know he had a heart condition.

Has anyone last asomeone under 35 to a heart conditon ? Okay, now what the hell are you trying to say ??? Is that how you really talk ???

m y first husband was 29 when he died. he had three heart attacks. after a triple bypass he lived for 4 months and then had another heart attack. i had two small children. who now have to have grown to adulthood with out any problems.

People can`t really take you seriously, I honestly do not think you are spelling your words wrong by accident................
The rest of your wording is OK, so why not check your spelling before posting????? :-(
