Is it true that penis size is proportional to body size? I mean did you know a thin guy with a good size and a thick one with small size? Just wondering what is written in books real or not?

There is no correlation between physical appearance of man and his penis size. Penis size is determined by genetics. The size of the penis changes during puberty. Penis growth starts between the ages of about 10 to 14 years of age, although some boys are younger, some older. The testicles begin to enlarge first and hair grows in the pubic region. The penis grows in length first and girth slightly later. Teenagers have to wait one or two years after they have stopped growing in height before they will be able to know their final penis size.

Very Small Penis Under 5"
Small Penis 5" - 6"
Average Penis 6" - 7" Actually average in USA is 5.9 inch
Big Penis 7" - 8"
Huge Penis Over 8"
Only 6 % are larger then 7 inches, and average woman is 4 inch deep.

In general yes it is proportionate, but not to weight as you seem to be hinting at with the thick and thin.. it's height and natural weight. A tall man will tend to be larger than a short man.. I've not found any corrolation in weights, that would be an easy way to make yourself larger if it was true haha.

I do agree that size really doesnt matter though.. really is how you use it.
