My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good. It sounds like you are doing everything right just remember these simple rules.
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.
Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%
EXERCISE ALL THE TIME. What do I mean? When you are pumping gas, do calf raises or clean your windows. When sitting at the computer, tap your feet. Be creative. If you are always moving your are always burning calories and thus losing weight.
Be Blessed

Belly dancing is fun! So, is hip-hop dancing. Try some yoga. Do swimming. If jogging or high impact stuff is not working. Still do that, but try a variety of things. Everyone's body is different. if you were ever on an up-down thing...lose weight, gain weight, lose it, gain it...it's goinna take longer. So stay patient and just have a better lifestyle. Never use the word diet. Just eat healthier and do a litlle exercis daily. Don't go crazy and exercise way too much. Step-by-step and you will get there.

Easy high reps with descent weight go 10-20 reps each lift (12-14 is an ideal number) for 3-4 sets but get a weight that is going to make you grunt for most of that last set. Do your cardio first thing in the mourning (at least 30 up to 75 min)if you can and before you do have a protein shake. The popular is to hit upper body on monday and thurs. (bench, curls, raises, shoulder press) and lower body tue. and fri. (Squats very important build muscle and boost testosterone more than any other lift!), Hamstring Curls, Lunges, Box Jumps, Leg press etc.) take wednesday off to recover and dont lift for more than an 75 min. Good Luck and remember to stick to what works for you, hit that cardio and the protein and youll be fine.

127? That's not bad and this makes it so much easier with the goal to lose being less than 20 pounds!
I lost 12 pounds from eating 5 times a day in small amounts. Are you only eating 2-3 meals a day or at all? It makes a big difference!
For me, I started at losing 3 pounds the first week. All it takes is eating really simple and plain. Eat around 7am just a half bagel or something, eat again around 10am, again at 1pm, 4pm and a small dinner at 7pm. Eating in small portions causes your body to ... well ... here! READ THIS!

here's my tip. Grab some portion of food, eat a little bite, distract yourself for few minutes and then eat again. it helps me lose weight.
The reason you ain't losing weight in the work out is not because you're gaining fat, you're gaining muscle. That is why.
