I think she is over the top and the food she recommends looks gross, I certainly dont want to eat mung beans and miso soup. I actually think she is obsessive. She also looks like she could do with a good meal as looks unhealthy to me.

I think Gillian McKeith has done very well like Jamie Oliver by creating an awareness that healthy, natural food is better for you and your health. Its not all mung beans and miso soup, there are other recipes that she has suggested.

Don't be so quick to judge other people. She only has the best interests at heart to help people loose weight and to look and feel better.

The poo thing is to get ratings and people to talk about it I think (any publicity is good etc.)

I certainly wouldn't want to look like her either, but the people she helps seem to always look a lot better so maybe she is doing something right?

I think she's a charlatan. She calls herself a doctor but apparently it's some 'bought' degree from an unaccredited distance-learning course and she shouldn't be calling herself a doctor at all. I find it baffling that someone so lacking in talent and charisma can have the success that she has.

She's right in what she says about people's diet and health but I agree she is too extreme. I eat fairly healthily but I couldnt stick to her severe regieme - so how hard must it be on someone who eats junk all the time.

My friend and I were commenting last night how gaunt and pasty she looks - not at all healthy.

i completely believe lillysagger..I m conscious that shehas been uncovered for having pretend PHD's, yet she should be appearing some reliable for the persons who she is treating and the standard public that are observing. I used to drink 7 - 8 cups of espresso an afternoon, eat take out thrice each week, eat crips chocolate and so on. because observing her programme, I even have switched to eco-friendly tea and nettle tea, eat greater vegatables and culmination and seats and nuts. whilst yu watch her programme, she makes you relaise that all the above is so no longer reliable for you and that i think of her message actual gets accross. i think of she is incredibly secure to stick to offering you seek for clinical suggestion earlier tkain the supplements and supplementations she recommends and dont bypass OTT

She does go over the top, but sometimes you have to be tough on people to get them motivated, and the menus do seem to work too. However, I do disagree with the whole showing poo on TV thing, and then saying how bad it smells to the whole nation.

She looks like she could do with a decent meal her face looks haggard and drawn and to follow her diet you would need to be loaded and have lots of time on your hands to do all the exercise.

Somebody treat her to fish, chips and mushy peas, all washed down with a pint or two, with chocolate for desert. Seriously, she is probably right about lots of things but she needs to lighten up a little. Life is for living, not for obsessing.

I think she should have been shot at birth, it would have saved us all the pain of listening to her inane drivel. The accent is appalling too, she sound like Sheena Easton, and dont even get me started on her!

I agree! she's really over the top and surely going through poo on tv isnt the best way to encourage people to change the way they eat.

my only eating mantra is everything in moderation!
