Just reopen the file and go to the file menu. Choose either "save as" or "save for web". Be sure to choose the file type you want to save it as!! Photoshop defaults to saving it as a PSD that way you can edit all of the layers if you weren't done or want to go back and change something.

Whenever you edit your photo in Adobe Photoshop - you often create additional "layers" on your picture. These layers in Photoshop can be moved, edited, copied independent of your original photo. There should be an active window in Photoshop that lists what layers you currently have in your open file.
When you save Adobe Photoshop edited documents, the only way for the program to keep track of your layers is to use its own proprietary format. If you're completely done editing your picture, go to the menu bar and under one of the drop-down menus there will be an option to "Flatten Visible/Image". Use this to merge ALL of your layers with the background. If you want to return later - or if you have other layers you'd like to edit you can use one of the other two options, something like Merge Down, Merge Up and that will combine layers that appear next to each other in the Layers active window in Photoshop.
After you've flattened your image (all layers into the background), go to the menu bar under File, select Save As, and then change your file type to jpeg.
Hope this helps! This would be more exact if I had Photoshop open in front of me.

A .PSD file allows all layers to be saved, so that future detailed editing can occur. What you need to do before saving a completed project is to go to "Layers" (on the top), then "Flatten Layers).
Then, you will be able to save it as a jpg.

You have to flatten all the layers to one single layer, then only you can save it as a jpg file. Mail me if you still have any Q.
By the way tell you some jokes, and the jokes goes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

Open it again, and 'Save As' .JPG. If it still refuses, go to 'Adjustments' and be sure its in RBG or Indexed Color first.
