What I have to do (because I am in the military) I eat a small breakfast each morning, either a grapefruit, a cup of yogurt, or an orange and then right after eating you should try to get some exercise in. Lunch should be your biggest meal of the day and what I eat is, a small portion of veggies, a piece of bread folded over with penut butter in the middle and either an orange or an apple. Then for dinner, eat meat.. with veggies and a small portion of pasta or rice. Try to stay away from sweets have them about once every week if even that and just make sure to exercise for about 30-40 mins. each day or every other day whatever works for you. Honestly since I have been doing this I have lost 30 pounds and have gained a lot of muscle % (instead of gaining body fat from muscles depleting from no exercise and a poor diet) Try this and I bet you it will work..

The best way is to feel good about yourself. I am sure you are a great person. Keep up with excecise and do not starve yourself. You know the equation 1+1=2?, weight is the same way,if you eat 50 calories and you consume 30 calories, then you will store 20. If you eat 2000, consume 3000, then you will use the 1000 difference from your storage. Does it make sense? Please let me know.

the only way to do it is diet and excercise. its the long tedious way and you cant get around it. most people would say they tried all sorts of crazy things and got the weight off , but it doesnt mean that it will stay off .I have a problem with my wieght . Granted Im very tall , but still over weight for my height ( im 6'1 225 pounds )
The best way to do it is to do something you like to do you dont get bored !!!!
I did pilates and lost 20 pounds

exercise 3-5 times a week for at least half an hour every time, even if it is walking
eat 6 times a day. (small healthy "meals")
drink 64oz of water a day (=1/2 gal...8 8oz glasses) throughout the day
eat dinner by 6pm (or 4 hours before bed), fruit only if you're hungry until 8pm, nothing after 8pm (or 2 hours before bedtime)
eat only 1 meat meal a day and only 1 beef meal a week

I walk/run/perform various calisthenic excercises just about every day. I also eat 3 square meals and get plenty of sleep. Seems to work for me.
I also make healthy eating choices. I still eat junk food, just in smaller quantities and I eat out maybe once, or twice tops in a week.
Portion control, drinking plenty of water, and doing SOME kind of excercise will give you pretty decent results I think.

I did it the easy way. Instead of drinking sugary soda, I started drinking A LOT of water. I dropped over sixty pounds and have kept it off for over 18 months.

smaller portions and more often. Eat slow, since it takes the brain 15-20 minutes to register you are full. And of course, excercise.

Starve yourself silly. Eat only a peanut a week. The weight will melt away.
