The indigenous people of Guam are called Chamorro. Guamanian works to, but it sort of implies more that you live on Guam as oppose to your actual genealogy. Anyone who lives on the island for more then a few years can call themselves a Guamanian.

The natives of Guam are called Chamorros. But people from Guam are generally called Guamanians (Gua·ma·ni·an).

one of our clients who is from Guam Chamorro. I asked him about Guamanian, and he said it was nothing.
