Yes. I have a family member who had her uterus removed, therefor no kids or period but she enjoys a normal sex life. However if the ovaries are also removed that sends a person into early menopause and hormones may be indicated to make you want to have sex. Some but not all women lose interest at menopause.

Sure. In fact there are a lot of kid-phobic men who will consider you even more desirable for sex since you can't get pregnant and you will never have a period. You would be a perpetual sex toy to them.

both men and women who get sterilized withor with out periods for girls can still have sex, the only operation that prevents pregnacy and stops your period though is a hysterectomy, you don't want one though if you haven't already had one, because it's expensive is major surgergy final no reversal for one at this time. as they take out the uterus and sometimes also the ovaries. tubal ligations are better. but after a hysterectomy and a month or two of healing you can still have sex I do., and I had a hysterectomy for uterine cancer. use condoms to prevent std's if single.

Even though you have your tubes tied, it does not take out the Uterus. If you have a hysterectomy, that takes out the Uterus and therefore no period...But you can continue to have sex...you just won't get pregnant and can enjoy sex more that way..

good luck

Yes. But please take the doctor's information given to you seriously, because right after the surgery if you have sex too soon, you will regret it. It will be one of the worst pains in the vagina area that you have ever experienced beside labor pains! AND you'll wind up with an infection where you'll need some very strong antibiotics! Trust Me! I thought my friend was going to die just because her butt was to hot to wait for a man! PLEASE----SPARE ME!

If you're asking this question, I think you're probably too young to be having sex. Obviously yes, you can still have sex.
