Did you have your gallbladder removed?
You're getting sick because of the FAT content indeed. It's just too much for your stomach to digest and it just vomits it up.
Fat is very hard to digest. Your gallbladder produces bile to digest it. The liver works hard to produce more too, so chances are you need to stay away from it or try lower fat versions and use much, much less.

Alfonzo is correct, the A is for applesauce....for poop and puke issues. Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. For the toast part, you can have any toast like item, dry, carbs, not greasy, not sugary. Crackers, crunchy pretzels. For drinks, water, sprite, ginger ale, a little gatorade, tea are easy on the stomach. Try them different temps. Iced and hot beverages can be shocking to the system, but it just depends what feels good to you. If you have sinus and cold symptoms, sore throat, etc, hot peppers, chicken soup are natural decongestants, garlic and onion are natural antibiotic (anti infection) and fruit juices will boost immunity. You might also eat some strawberries or take some zinc supplements. This is what those items have in them that reduce the length of a virus. Go easy on meat and dairy, which are hard to digest, and dairy coats your throat, making cough and mucus worse.

Maybe its because the dairy is heated/cooked.
Could be that those rich creamy foods are just too heavy for you or you ate too much. Even waht seems to be a normal amount could be alot when its that high in fat.

Do you drink at all while you consume these foods? If so, it could be the combination of cream and alcohol. Another possible reason could be the cheese recipes that you mentioned are often made with sherry, a cooking wine. The combination of the cheese and the wine may be the catalyst for your upset.

Well since u feel that way i wouldn't eat them no more but it could be anything from your gallbladder to you might be allergic to some ingredient in the sauce...Read the ingredients to see whats in them and see if you come across the same ingredient but if they are making you that sick i wouldn't eat them no more.

Switch to organic and see if the problem still remains. Could be some chemical messing with you.
Ideally you would not consume these products at all.
Visit www.notmilk.com for more info.
Good luck!

Have your gall bladder checked this can be serious. Eat a low fat diet.
This happened to my daughter who was afraid and put it off, she then developed gall stones and had to have major surgery.
Have it checked now!! She was only 27 when this happened.

there must be something, go get a allergy test, they poke your back with about 50 things, and that gets the specific allergy reaction, don't eat it if it makes you sick, that is dangerous. It CAN kill you.
