My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

For seven days, try to live on a mainly liquid diet (e.g., low calorie soup, fruit juice, black coffee, vegetable juice and soft fruits). Walk at least five miles every day, PLUS either swim for 30 minutes, OR cycle around 8 to 10 miles a day. No bread, sugar, full cream milk, etc., either!

If you can find a steam bath facility then you could lose four or five pounds (around 2+ Kg) after a session (though it will come back since it is only water you'll be losing).

Advice: don't follow this regime for more than a week since it's not exactly a balanced programme - but it should give you a noticeable weight loss in a short time.

I know because I've done it recently - and it worked!

A person needs to burn 500 calories a day to lose 1 lb a week. So if you cut your calories intake of carbs and take proteins and good carbs instead. Work out every day for at least 2 hours you should be able to, but it all depends of your weight to begin. Remember that the first couple of pounds are most of the time water.
So....protein, workout, water intake - 500 calories a day = weight loss

Well you can try these super crash diets but you end up adding on more later.Have you tried the jelly and cream diet? You have a small bowl of jelly and cream instead of breakfast, lunch and tea. I have seen my friend lose weight with this one. The other one is the soup diet, made with green peppers, onions, tomatos, celery, water and abit of salt, you eat this the same as you would with the first one , you are allowed to eat bananas the next day with your soup.3rd day you can have a jacket potato but no bananas,4th day soup, brown vegetable rice no potato or bananas , 5th day soup, grilled meat [chicken or mutton],6th day soup, jacket potato with any filling ,banana, 7th day soup, you may have all the food from the the previous days and some ice cream. You need to drink plenty of water during the day.You should lose at least 10lbs.

Have you ever heard of body wraps? It is where they wrap you in something like an ace bandage dipped in some herbs and such. They claim it takes inches off hips, thighs, and stomach. Take a look at the website below for more info. I had a friend girl who did it and she lost over 7 inches from her stomach and like 10 from her thighs. She was very excited about it and says it works. Said its also good at lefting up sagging boobs. We all need a little support sometimes.
