ATK, thank you for your answer. I understand your thoughts about GWB. I only hope you recognize that many of us are deeply offended by the things he does in our name.

Good question.

We have learned what has been taught since Christianity came into being.

Multiple interpretations can be made of the writings in the bible. Just about any action can be justified by some bible verse or another. That includes war and genocide.

Nearly 3000 innocent people died on 9/11 at the hands of Islamic fundamentalist extremists. Substantially more innocents have died as a result of Bush's reaction to that event. Yet somehow, just like Pope Gregory and Pope Innocent before him, he is still able to call himself "Christian."

It would not be fair to assume. We can't say "he says he's a christian but he keeps our soldiers at war" and things like that because he IS in a position where he has to separate the personal from the affairs of the United States.

So...I say you can't learn anything about his personal beliefs or convictions while he is in any official government position....no matter what he believes he has to try to do what's in the best interest of our country and it's allies.

I do not know what you would think you would learn from any human in regards to religion. Everybody makes mistakes and no one has all the answers. At least he is going full force with what he believes. That is better than riding a fence. If he really messes things up at least he knows he was following his heart 100%.

We learn that when God said "always follow Bible and the prophet.Dont listen to someone wrong even if he's the so-called super power" He said right.Because if we start listening to Mr.Bush then we'll end up fighting with the whole world.

The only thing I have learned about Christianity from W. is that you can pretend to be a christian and everyone will think you are awesome when you really aren't.

Bush who? I didn't think anyone can learn anything from him. It's a shame he does not take his wife's lead on literacy and learn how to speak English like the rest of us!!!
