Under normal circumstances sure. But the moment you tax these wiccans why should they?
Your question is genuine at first...and then you slip into insult mode within 5 seconds. Just look at your question and then additional info if you need moreexamples of what I'm talking about.
People in general want to help others, why should what they believe stand in the way of people helping other people? Your not planning another Inquistion are you? Another Witch burning session?
It is questins and attitudes like this that give the wrong impression and immediately places people on the defensive. You my friend are not a human but a human imposter. When you develop a conscious and decide to genuinely ask for assistance, then perhaps you might get it, even from your own culture.

Depends on what you're asking them to do. If you're asking them to help collect souls for YHVH so you can trade them in for that new condo in Heaven, no. If you're asking them to explain some of their beliefs, sure.

As with all things in this life, and as with all things religious and spiritual, would this not depend on "need" and "intent?"

The wiccans can't help themselves, let alone you.
