try assessing things from inside..such as AM I HUNGRY? or AM I JUST EATING FOR COMFORT?

Believe me, counting calories, points, measuring and weighing never work because they don't engage your internal, natural regulatory system.

Sorry, I know this was unsolicited advice, but I've been there, and it's a dead end.
