Where are metal salts found.Food? Gold jewelry?

I am allergic to metal salts and need to know what to avoid contact.I seem to do better if I dont wear jewelry (gold) although I hear silver would help my condition.Also what foods to avoid?

Table salt is Sodium chloride . It is a metal salt. Gold jewelry is not a salt. It is a metal.
