Its too hard in the U.S for me to get money for school all the government gives me are stafford loans. I dont have any credit history and no credit worthy cosigner. I want to finish school so I can get my B.A in Resort/Tourism Managment.

You would be taken care of so much better there than in our own country that I can't even begin to describe it. Sweden is a case in point. You would have no trouble about anything if you were a Swedish citizen. Of course, they don't waste all of their money on useless wars.

If you can get a visa and are able to support yourself there are no school fees in any European country I can think of, except for private schools, of course. The question is, would your country acknowledge the exam results?
University is different, at least all English speaking countries demand hefty fees from non-citizens.
In Germany there is a non-academic training for the profession of "reisekaufmann" (~travel agent) where you even get paid during training, albeit a small sum.

Yes, it would be easier to fund it (with the exception of Britain). In Europe schools have much lower fees than in the US. You can find a lot of useful information about studying in Europe on this website: http://www.interedu.com/

No it is not easier to get money for school in Europe. FASFA is a United States program.

No...you would get nothing in Europe if you are American. Of course, if you become a citizen of a European country, then it's a different story.
